How can one participate in Big Diwali Sale Lucky Draw?

Any Customer who purchases authentic AIWA products in India (Except for the state of Tamil Nadu and other geographies where Lucky Draw or Sweepstakes are prohibited by the Government or Court) from 26th September, 2022 till 31st October, 2022 can participate in the Lucky draw.

What are the various ways in which I can participate?

You can participate in the Lucky Draw by either visiting www.aiwaindia.com/bigfestivesale OR by sending your invoice on whatsapp on the number +91 9899152229. However, If you are not able to participate through both these methods, you can write to getintouch@aiwaindia.com for participation.

Can I participate multiple times?

A customer can participate with every unique purchase/invoice. If you purchase Aiwa products multiple times, you may participate in contest as many times. However a person will only be selected for one prize. In case a customer gets selected for multiple prizes, Aiwa India shall only award one prize, which will be the prize of highest value. Other entries will be disregarded in that case.

If I purchased a product before the contest period can I still participate?

No, You can only participate if you have purchased the product between 00:00 HRS on 26th September to 23:59 HRS on 31st October at authroized Aiwa Partner Outlets only.

Do we need Contest Card with unique code to participate? On Website there is a cell that asks for the Contest code?

It is highly recommended that while purchasing your product through Offline stores you ask for the contest card, If the retailer has not provided the same you can still participate, However your purchase will be validated by the store in case you are chosen as a lucky winner. In case you made a purchase and you can present a valid invoice you can write to us on getintouch@aiwaindia.com for a unique code. Please note you would receive the code only after the team reviews the details of your purchase and verifies the same. If you have purchased the product Online, You don’t need to enter the unique code.

When will the winners be declared? Will Aiwa Publish the names of the winners?

Aiwa India will select winners by 30th November, 2022. The selected winners will be contacted directly by Aiwa India. Aiwa India will not publish the winner names, giving due respect to the privacy of our customers.

I won a prize in Lucky Draw but I was not contacted. Will Aiwa India still give my prize if I contact them?

All winners will be contacted on the number mentioned while registering. Aiwa India representatives will attempt to contact winners multiple times, However If the winners fail to answer the call or respond with details needed, the winner may get disqualified.

I participated in the contest but no one contacted me. I want to know if I am the winner or not.?

All winners will be contacted by Aiwa India. Please ensure you give the right contact details and the numbers are active and operating. In case Aiwa India representatives do not get a response within stipulated timelines

I sent the invoice on whatsapp on +91 9899152229 but I did not get any acknowledgement. What should I do? OR I am unable to participate on website or whatsapp, what can I do?

In case you are not able to participate through whatsapp or through website, you may just simply share your invoice copy and other details such as Buyer Name, Mobile Number, City, Store, etc. On Email to getintouch@aiwaindia.com

No, the lucky draw will be valid to participants only from geographic locations where Lucky Draw or Sweepstakes is permitted. Aiwa India does not encourage or solicit participation from unauthorized locations and shall not be liable for any loss or damages arising out of such participations. It is fully at risk & discretion of customer.

I purchased Aiwa product from outside of India, can I still participate?

No, You can only participate if you have purchased product in India.

I bought Aiwa product on discount under the Aiwa Big Diwali Sale scheme, can I still participate?

We purchased Aiwa product but the Invoice is in the name of another person, can I still participate? OR Can the names on invoice be different to the participant name?

While participating you need to ensure name on invoice and the participant name should match, else you may face disqualification from the draw.

I bought the product online & I did not receive the Contest Card with Unique Code. Can I still participate?

Yes, you can keep the code cell empty and participate.

This Lucky Draw Offer is operational pan India except the state of Tamil Nadu or any other state where the law of the land does not permit any such Offer.
